BRUC Capital and Macquarie Capital have signed a framework agreement for an investment program with IBC Solar Energy GmbH to acquire up to 37MW of photovoltaic solar projects in Japan.

IBC Solar signed an agreement with DHYBRID Power Systems to make use of their respective competencies in order to become one of the market-leading providers of diesel-photovoltaic hybrid systems.


The Bacsun integration system used by IBC is one of the fastest and easiest systems to install on the industrial buildings. It can be adapted to every type of roofing (various structures, gentle slopes, important spacings...).
