GCH-800A Tabber and Stringer




1. GCH-800A solar tabber-stringer machine is compatible with soldering of cut cell and full cell.
2. Be able to solder solar cells with min. width of 31.2mm. It is the most stable and fastest stringer in China market.
3. With multiple temperature zones, slow warming and slow cooling reduce rate of breakage.
4. Ribbon automatic bending and cutting function, which is able to reduce the cells breakage caused by distance between solar cells.
5. Adopts the most popular non-contact infrared light soldering method, which ensures cell and ribbon be uniformly heated to reduce the rate of breakage.

GCH-2600A Tabber and Stringer


1. GCH-2600A is double track tabber-stringer, which can perform CCD positioning to coincide main grid line and ribbon, detect scrap and defect. Robot carry cell, which is more stable and higher speed.
2. Automatic drying function by using waste heat, which is energy saving and environmental protection, can avoid the flux contamination to cells.
3. Ribbon automatic bending and cutting function, which is able to reduce the cells breakage caused by distance between solar cells.
