Oct. 22, 2013 - CNPV Dongying Solar Power Company Limited today confirmed that all of their Optimal Premium Series™ of Modules have passed the Japan Electrical Safety & Environmental Technology Laboratories (JET) pre-requisite testing for supply of PV modules into the Japanese market. The approved Optimal Premium Series™ cover power ranges from 180Wp to 320Wp.

"The JET certification process is highly stringent.” observed Mr Bypina Veerraju Chaudary, CNPV's COO&CTO. "PV module components must meet not only IEC61215& IEC61730 standards, but also UL1730, UL746C and UL94 standards. The testing and review processes took numerous months to attain. Our commitment to the Japanese market, in all of its forms, is now further underscored with the JET mark approval. Our historic successes within the Japanese arena have been achieved with individual enthusiastic customers carrying out similar evaluations and establishing the depth of our quality, performance, longevity and service. The JET mark approval further allows a wider range of knowledgeable customers to generate a greater profit from use of CNPV Optimal Premium Series™ modules."
