International Standards

ENF offer international standard quality control services for photovoltaic modules exported from China.
Product Testing
- Visual, dimensional component Inspection [random sample batch/ container].
- Electroluminescence (EL) Imaging, pre-lamination to detect deficiencies including cracks,
  contamination, printing blocks and material defects.
- Supervise 100 % performance inspection (Flash Test) which conforms to international
  standards IEC 61730-2:2007 used throughout the PV industry.
Product Grading (Power Matching Modules)
- According to Pmax (or uA on request) in to 7 grades: Black - 3 / -2 %, Grey -2 / -1 %,
  White -1 / 0 %, Blue 0 / 1 %, Green 1 / 2 %, Yellow 2 / 3 % and Orange 3 + %
- This advanced power matching optimises the array yield in installation.
Loading Inspection
- Inspection of packing, checking pallet labeling, oversee safe loading of container.
- Verify shipment documentation and sealing container.
- On-going testing is overseen by our QC including Thermal Testing (pulsing high - low),
  Humidity - Climate Control and Ultra Violet (UV) - Aging Test.

The procedure is supervised by a qualified/chartered European Engineer to
ensure that inspection is carried out accurately and that the correct data is recorded.
Any product which does not conform is rejected and replaced.
