Canadian Solar Inc. today announced that it has started mass production of high-power, high-efficiency modules with power output of up to 665 W.
Canadian Solar has commenced construction on four solar projects in Japan totaling 143 MWp. This portfolio includes the 100 MWp Azuma Kofuji project and other projects totaling 43 MWp.
