Akrion Systems is a leading supplier of advanced surface preparation systems used in the manufacture of solar, semiconductor and related devices. Our systems are used in numerous steps during the manufacturing process to remove contaminants from the surface of the silicon wafers on which these devices are built. If these contaminants are not removed without damaging the devices being made, some or all of the devices on the wafer could be rendered inoperable.
