JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. announced that JinkoSolar Japan K.K. has signed a JPY5.3 billion syndicated loan agreement up to two years with a bank consortium led by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. The financing will be used to expand business in Japan and to supplement JinkoSolar Japan's working capital.

"I believe this loan agreement demonstrates the trust and recognition that first-tier Japanese commercial banks have in our brand and operations in Japan.
