Phoenix Solar AG and Asunim Yenilenebilir Enerji Teknolojileri İnş. Müh. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. have established a strategic partnership for the Turkish market of photovoltaic power plants.
The parties intend to develop opportunities for large scale licensed and non-licensed photovoltaic power plants of several MW in Turkey with a large current sales pipeline, working collaboratively as EPC service provider from a head office established in Ankara.
The cooperation includes the joint submission of tender offers and proposals for selected, promising projects as well as their joint realization. The cooperation also extends to offering operations and maintenance services and supporting individual customers to obtain more advantageous finance conditions for their projects. Joining forces allows Asunim and Phoenix to capture a larger market share providing top quality systems with combined Turkish and German engineering and project management experience.
