TN Solar is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing integrated PV products such as silicon ingots, silicon wafers, solar cells, and PV modules. We are specializing in making 350~650W Mono Silver Series/ Black Series, and 20~200W small-size panels.

Production

  • 5 lines for solar cells, 250,000 pcs/day. The capacity for 2022 is 600MW. The production line includes 156*156mm and 125*125mm sizes.
