    JA Solar Supplies Modules for 93MW Solar-Wind Hybrid Project in South Korea

    JA Solar announced that it supplied modules for South Korea's mountainous photovoltaic power plant project, which is installed with a capacity of 93MW and built on the ground of an existing 40MW wind farm. With the incorporation of the photovoltaic power plant, the wind-solar hybrid project has become the largest of its kind in South Korea with a total installed capacity of 133MW.

    Mortenson Announce Construction Start for 100MW Solar Energy Storage Project in Texas

    Able Grid Energy Solutions (Able Grid) along with its development and operating partners MAP® Energy (MAP®) and Astral Electricity (Astral), today announced that full notice to proceed has been issued on the Chisholm Grid battery energy storage system located in Fort Worth, Texas. Chisholm Grid will have an initial rated capacity of 100 megawatts (MWac) and is scheduled to begin commercial operations in mid-2021. Mortenson is the balance of plant (BOP) and battery installation contractor for the Chisholm Grid facility, which is Mortenson's ninth energy storage project.

    174 Power Global Completes Construction of 180MW Texas Solar Project

    174 Power Global today announced that it has completed and energized its Oberon Solar Power Facility ("Oberon"), a utility-scale solar generation facilities in Texas. Chariot Energy, an affiliate of 174 Power Global, has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) for 30 megawatts (MW) of the 180-MW project to support its 100 percent renewable energy product offering to retail customers across the deregulated Texas energy market, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas ("ERCOT").

    Johnson Controls Completes Phase One of PV Project in Colorado

    Johnson Controls announced today the phase one completion of its project with Gunnison County, Colorado which included the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and LED lighting in five County buildings. The phase one improvements are the continuation of the County's long-standing commitment to reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions from its facilities and operations. The County has been electrifying and improving the efficiency of its facilities over many years, and the addition of PV generation is an exciting next step in a long-standing commitment to lowering the environmental impact of County operations.     Cypress Creek Renewables Sales 63MW of Solar Project to Dominion Energy

    Cypress Creek Renewables is excited to share today that it has sold the 63MW Madison Solar project in Orange County, Va., to Dominion Energy.     JinkoSolar to Supply Swan Bifacial Modules for Shanghai Electric's DEWA Project

    JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. today announced that it has signed a contract with Shanghai Electric to supply approximately 1 GW of solar modules for Phase V of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority ("DEWA") Solar Park. The DEWA project is located in Dubai, and is part of the government's sustainable development to support the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 with the goal of providing 75% of Dubai's total power output from clean energy sources by 2050.
