    Centrosolar AG Withdrawn Insolvency Plan

    After extensive discussions, the Creditors' Committee and Management Board of Centrosolar Group AG have today decided to withdraw the proposed insolvency plan. This decision was taken because following the creditors' meeting on September 9, 2014, at which the vote on the insolvency plan was postponed, it emerged that it has become unlikely the insolvency plan can be implemented in the short term due to conflicts of interest among the creditors. Hence, the management of Centrosolar Group AG and its main participation Centrosolar America, Inc. have declared their opposition to pursuing the plan any further.

    Google Executes $145 Million Investment In SunEdison's 82MW Solar Plant

    SunEdison, Inc. today announced that Google Inc. has agreed to provide $145 million in equity financing for the Regulus solar plant. Located in Kern County, Calif., the Regulus plant will begin operation later this year, and will supply power to Southern California Edison through a 20-year power purchase agreement. SunEdison developed, designed, executed the structured financing and is constructing the Regulus project.

    Canadian Solar Completes the Sale of Mighty Solar Power Plant to Concord
