Sungevity and E.ON Establish Partnership to Expand Solar Energy Business
June 4, 2014 - Sungevity today announced a partnership with E.ON Benelux, under which Sungevity will offer its turnkey solar energy service to E.ON's base of customers in the Netherlands on a co-branded basis. The partnership is expected to expand to other European countries in the near future and is part of Sungevity's increased focus on international expansion, which is expected to include a full range of marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships in targeted markets around the globe. -

KDC Solar to Commence Commercial Operation on 9.95MW Solar Panel System
June 5, 2014 - KDC Solar LLC has commenced commercial operations of its 9.95MW solar panel system in New Jersey. The system will provide electricity to Eli Lilly and Company's ImClone biopharmaceutical operations in Branchburg. -

REC Group and SolarCity Sign 100MW OEM Supply Agreement with Option to Increase to 240MW
June 5, 2014 - REC Group and SolarCity today announced a supply agreement under which SolarCity will purchase a minimum of 100MW and up to 240MW of REC's Peak Energy solar panels during a 12 month period beginning in Q4 2014. SolarCity plans to install the solar panels across its 15-state service territory. The solar panels are compatible with SolarCity's Zep Solar mounting system - REC and ZEP Solar entered into an technology licensing agreement earlier this year. -

ReneSola to Provide 10MW PV Modules for Germany
June 5, 2014 - ReneSola today announced that ReneSola Germany GmbH ("ReneSola Germany"), in cooperation with energy supplier EnBW Energie Baden-Wurttemberg AG ("EnBW Energie"), has built the biggest solar park in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany with approximately 40,000 polycrystalline photovoltaic ReneSola modules and a total capacity of 10MW. -

Hanergy Announces Strategic Partnership with Sojitz Machinery Corporation
June 4, 2014 - Hanergy Solar Group today announces that Hanergy Global Solar Power & Applications Group and Sojitz Machinery Corporation signed a strategic cooperation framework memorandum. The two companies will build long-term strategic partnership to popularize solar thin-film power generation application in Japan and across the world. The partnership has planned to commence the construction of a solar power station with a power generation capacity of megawatts in Japan in 2014 which will adopt the copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar cells produced by Hanergy Solar. In addition, the partnership will develop a thin-film electricity generation project with over 10MW in Japan which is scheduled to commence the construction work by March 2015. -

ReneSola to Supply 6MW PV Modules for U.S. PV Project
June 4, 2014 - ReneSola announced today that it has finalized an order to deliver nearly 20,000 of its high efficiency Virtus II PV modules to GeoPeak Energy. The order will be the first of its kind for ReneSola America, as the non-Chinese modules are being manufactured by the Company's OEM factory using non-Taiwanese cells. -
