Cell balancing: It is mainly to charge and discharge a single cell, test the capacity of the cell, and allocate cells with similar capacities together, so that the voltage consistency of the subsequent assembled batteries will be better, and the system will be more stable;
Voltage and resistance pairing: divide the capacity of the cells for voltage and internal resistance distribution, and only cells with the same voltage and internal resistance can form a group of batteries. If the subsequent charging and discharging are randomly assembled, the voltage of each cell of the battery may be inconsistent, so that the battery may be protected in advance during charging and discharging, which will affect the capacity of the battery pack;
Welding:The cells are welded in series and parallel to achieve the voltage and capacity required by customers. In the process of spot welding, it is necessary to ensure that the spot welding is firm, and the virtual welding of the spot welding will seriously affect the capacity and voltage consistency of the battery;
BMS testing: The main functions of the protection board include: overcharge protection, overcharge recovery, over-discharge protection, over-discharge recovery, over-discharge current protection, overcharge current protection, short circuit protection, and voltage equalization;
BMS install: After the BMS is tested, weld the cable or the bms battery pack in sequence, and the welding point is preferably centered, so that the collected voltage will be more accurate;
Semi-finished battery test: The main items of finished product test include: no-load voltage, load voltage, internal resistance, over-current protection, chargeability, short-circuit protection and other functions. After the test, we will analyze the load capacity of the battery, whether the battery can be protected when the current is too large or short-circuited, and whether the battery can be charged and discharged normally;
Semi-finished battery aging: battery aging is mainly to detect the capacity of the battery, and to detect whether the battery has a charge and discharge protection function. Through the detected battery capacity, it can be analyzed whether there is a virtual welding state and whether the protection board has advanced protection or no protection state. ;
