Honsun is jointly invested by Hunan Jianhongda Industrial Group and Hunan Linksun Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. in 2022 in Xiangyun County, Dali, with a registered capital of 150 million yuan. In August 2022, Hunan Huamin Holding Group Co., Ltd. acquired 80% of the shares of Honsun, and Honsun became a subsidiary of Huamin Holding.

Honsun "Annual output of 20GW high-efficiency N-type mono silicon ingot and silicon wafer project" is located in Xiangyun County, Dali, Yunnan Province.
