Hanwha SolarOne Supplies 17MW Modules for O2 Energies in North Carolina
Hanwha SolarOne Co., Ltd. has signed a deal with O2 Energies to supply 17MW of solar photovoltaic modules for three solar projects in North Carolina. The supply deal will include Hanwha SolarOne's new S Series modules. -

SPI Solar Announces EPC Agreements for 100MW Solar PV Projects in China
SPI Solar today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinyu Xinwei New Energy Co., Ltd. has signed EPC agreements for 100MW of solar PV projects in Julu County, Hebei Province, China. The three separate agreements call for the development of two rooftop sites (consisting of 50MW and 30MW, respectively) for ecological agricultural farm rooftop installations, as well as a distributed grid ("DG") project (consisting of 20MW). -

Focusic to Build 20.5MW PV Plant in China Using Soitec’s Modules
Focusic New Energy Holding Co., Ltd. and Soitec announced that the second phase of the Hami concentrator photovoltaic (CPV) power plant project has started. It will be completed by the end of 2014, while the third and last phase of the project will be installed in 2015. With a final capacity of 20.5MW. -

Neo Solar Power to Build 14MW PV Project in UK
Neo Solar Power Corporation announced that its subsidiary, General Energy Solutions Inc. successfully further extends its global footprint to UK rooftop solar system projects. The total project size is 14MW, spread out on the rooftops of 4,500 homes in Tameside, Greater Manchester. Among them, 1,000 homes with total capacity of 3.1MW have been completed and COD on October 15th. The rest are expected to be completed by January next year. -
